Refunds and Replacements Policy
We are committed to giving you 100% authentic items in their best state that are far from expiration dates. However, should you feel the need to return your items, please read below for further details.
VALIDITY
Since we are dealing with food and drinks, here are the cases when refunds and exchanges will not be valid:
- Packages that are already open. This includes the box of the product itself that bears the brand name that came from the brand's manufacturer.
- Products that have already been used.
- Products that have been tampered or are no longer in good condition.
REFUNDS
Please reach to us via our email supunlifit@gmail.com to contact our support team. We are committed to responding to your concerns immediately. Please give the following details on your email:
- The name you used when you bought from us
- The tracking number of your order
- The reason why you would like a refund
- A photo of the order you received
PROCESSING FOR REFUNDS
After we have evaluated your concern, please allow us 2-3 working days to process your refund.
REPLACEMENTS
Please reach to us via our email supunlifit@gmail.com to contact our support team. We are committed to responding to your concerns immediately. Please give the following details on your email:
- The name you used when you bought from us
- The tracking number of your order
- The reason why you would like a replacement
- A photo of the order you received
After we have evaluated the details your have provided, we will need you to send the item back to us using the address specified on the parcel. After sending the item back, please send us a photo of the waybill or receipt as proof that you have already sent the parcel back to us.
PROCESSING FOR REPLACEMENTS
We will be sending the replacement item/s immediately after we have received the said proof of shipping.
